On December 8, 2021, the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship held an intellectual and educational game "I am a Leader", timed to coincide with the 30th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the International Day of Economists. The purpose of the event was to interest students in economic disciplines through the game, as well as to activate the cognitive activity of students, contributing to the formation of students' need for a deeper study of economic disciplines.

On December 3, 2021, the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University held the Kultegin competition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence. The competition was attended by students of various specialties of the university, including the 2nd year student of the specialty Economics Kasiet Құshtar.
