On November 7, 2017 on the basis of NUBiP there was an opening ceremony of the Grand Prix of the IV International Olympiad on management among youth. Its participants were the winners in their respective categories from Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus, including the students of the Faculty of Food Technologies and Quality Management of Agricultural Products, who are the masters of the specialization "Quality, Standardization and Certification".
This year the event was held under the decision of the International Guild of Quality Professionals and the Club of Leaders of Quality of the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe and was held within the framework of the Global Project "Youth Creative Movement" Relay of Quality ". The highest level of this Olympiad is dedicated to the World Day of Quality, which is celebrated on all continents under the aegis of the United Nations.
During the opening the rector Stanislav Nikolaenko was informing the participants that the university is now among the top ten in Ukraine and the three universities in the capital.
First of all, developed European countries are another culture, to which we still need to grow, said the leader of the Global Project, Peter Kalita.
Battles are presented in three Grand Prize nominations: practices and management methods, quality management system, team competition in management.
The teams of the NUBiP "Agravard" (Ukraine), ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov "Children of Friendship of Peoples" (Kazakhstan) and the team of the Lutsk National Technological University "Volyn Peppers" (Ukraine) took part in the team competition.
Team competitions were held in 4 contests:
2. Warm up;
4. Musical contest.
Following the results of the jury members, the Kazakhstani team "Children of Peoples' Friendship» won the Grand Prix of the IV International Olympiad on management among youth.
The team consisted of students of the "Management" department of the Eurasian National University named after LN Gumilyov: Zhagalbayeva Meruyert, Tukeyev Derbissali, Urazov Arslan under the guidance of the teacher Smagulova A.M.
