June 3, 2019 the grand opening of the training center "Digital Finance" was held at the Faculty of Economics of L.N. Gumilyov ENU. The center was created by ENU with cooperation of the International Financial Center "Astana" in the framework of a memorandum of cooperation.
The opening ceremony was attended by Rector of ENU Yerlan Sydykov, Vice-Chairman of the AIFC Board Yernur Rysmagambetov, Development Director of Talantiz.com Daniyal Serikbayev, Head of the Apparatus of the Rector of ENU Duman Aytmagambetov and Dean of the Faculty of Economics Serik Makysh.
As the rector of ENU named after L.N.Gumilyov Yerlan Sydykov noted, the opening of the Center is aimed at mutually beneficial cooperation in the exchange of best practices, knowledge and implementation of joint educational, research programs, projects aimed at improving the quality of training international center, financial markets, faculty members in order to increase the competitiveness of the financial and related services industry.
The head of the university added that Eurasian National University allocated space for the Center and equipped it with everything necessary, and the AIFC installed the
Thomson Reuters terminal. It is known that this terminal will provide access to relevant information on financial and commodity markets, as well as provide real economic knowledge and skills that are applicable in practice. Thomson Reuters Eikon will provide with up-to-date information on prices and events, allow you to analyze the current market position and provide access to historical data and sources.
In his speech, the Deputy Chairman of the AIFC Board, Yernur Rysmagambetov, recalled that last time a memorandum of mutual agreement was signed between ENU and AIFC, where the parties identified key points of convergence for mutually beneficial cooperation.

We would like to work with you to prepare the future generation of professionals who can work internationally and create digital projects, ”concluded Yernur Rysmagambetov.
