Improving the quality of education is a priority task of the departments, which is ensured by the high professionalism of the pedagogical staff, the integration of science and the educational process, close ties with organizations - the consumers of personnel, the use of new pedagogical technologies in the educational process.
The teaching staff of the "E&E" Department constantly develops and creates electronic books, electronic educational publications, for which in the period of 2017-2020 a.y. 64 certificates of state registration of rights to the object of copyright of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan were received.
The e-books developed by the Department in the past two years, as well as the results of the teaching staff research are actively used on the lessons, which is confirmed by 37 acts of introduction into the educational process of ENU and other foreign universities.

Bachelor's degree is 54% (in 2019-2020 - 46%, in 2020-2021 - 61%, 2021-2022 - 60%). Master's degree - 100% (2018-2022).

During the functioning of the department teachers were defended 4 candidate (Zhanabayeva Zh.K., Karibaev A.A., Sagyndykov K.B., Dyusenova U.B.) and 2 doctoral theses (S.M.Egemberdieva and T.Azatbek). Four teacher (B.K.Isaeva, A.I.Nurmaganbetova, A.B.Uchkampirova, A.Khoich) defended their doctoral thesis PhD.
